01 - 8 rectangular whole-grain crackers
02 - 1 cucumber, sliced into rounds
03 - 16 mini pretzel sticks

05 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
06 - 1 carrot, peeled and cut into sticks
07 - 1 small apple, sliced
08 - 1/2 cup seedless grapes
09 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
10 - 60 milliliters hummus
11 - 4 small grape tomatoes or blueberries

12 - 2 celery sticks, cut into 2-inch pieces
13 - 1 mini pickle
14 - 15 milliliters cream cheese

# Directions:

01 - Place the crackers in a line on a large serving platter or tray to form the base of the train cars.
02 - Secure cucumber slices as wheels to each cracker using a small amount of cream cheese or hummus as adhesive. Insert pretzel sticks beneath each car as axles.
03 - Fill each cracker car with different snacks: cheddar cheese cubes, carrot sticks, bell pepper strips, apple slices, grapes, and cherry tomatoes.
04 - For the engine car, stack two cheese cubes at the front. Top with a mini pickle or celery piece to mimic a smokestack, and place grape tomatoes or blueberries as front lights.
05 - Use cream cheese or hummus to affix all decorative elements securely as needed.
06 - Present the assembled train with a side bowl of hummus or preferred dip.
