# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

04 - Place vegetable sticks on the prepared baking sheet in parallel pairs, alternating colors to mimic festive sleigh rails.
05 - Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until vegetables are tender and lightly caramelized.
